Parking Offence Notice: G5972404V SGQ3611U 13June2007
We refer to your e-mail dated 20 June 2007.
We wish to inform you that car park BM28 at Block 161 Bukit Merah Central, motorists are only allowed to park their vehicles in the hourly (white) parking lots during the car park operational hours from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm. From 7.00 pm onwards, the entire car park is reserved for residents with valid season parking tickets. For Sundays and Public Holidays the car park is reserved whole day for season parking. Signboards indicating the coupon operation hours are placed at the main entrance and inside of the car park for motorist’s information and compliance.
We have considered your explanation, we will exercise leniency in this instance and waive the above offence notice. HDB will not waive future repeated offence.
In your next visit to the area, you can park your vehicle at the nearby Multi-Storey Car Park BM31 at Block 119 Bukit Merah Central with day/night parking facility, to avoid the inconvenience of any enforcement action.

ah. yes that's the one. also, kenna before right downstairs of their place in those red lots. both times i managed to waive it all. both times i had coupons stipulating time whereby the coupons were practically useless as it was season parking. hahaha.... btw, i only ever kenna twice there though i did this like at least 30 over times. and the 2 times i kenna, i got useless coupons. zun zun. hahaha
win liao loh... u do it even though you KNOW it's wrong... haha
